uLead -  the Summit of Educational Leadership!   This year’s conference is focused on the theme of Reimagining School Leadership.

Moving assessment forward in strong and wise ways. The conference is an opportunity to share, learn and network with educators from K-12 and post secondary settings.

Principal Pipelines is a workshop offered through ASCD and focuses on the impact effective school leaders have on student learning. The seminar invited participants to think about current practices and future opportunities as they relate to in school leadership. 

An inspiring, challenging, and affirming experience, the CAP2017 conference focused on growing together and cultivating change in today's learning environments. 

Affirming and challenging at the same time, #WGEDD offered me an opportunity to speak with educational leaders from across North America in a relaxed, collaborative environment.

Developed an understanding of the process one needs to follow when threats arise.  

Deepened my understanding of the process used to co-create criteria with students and the powerful assessment that can follow from such an activity.

During my three days in the foothills of southern Alberta I found myself learning more about myself and my leadership styles

Through the power of listening with intention one becomes a much more effective and influential communicator.
